This program consists of controlled calories consumption, based on a diet averaging 350 calories per lunch. It includes 4 to 5 ounces of lean protein, half a cup of complex carbohydrates, and half a cup of fresh vegetables, served cold or hot. This allows you to create a caloric deficit and achieve the fit body you desire. Additionally, it costs less than our regular program because the portions are 30% smaller in overall plate content. However, it offers the same menu as the regular plan and the same quality at a lower cost 😊
